Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ppviip platform. Everything from account registration to bonuses, payments and responsible gaming is clearly set out here.
Introduction and Scope

2.4 Account Closure
You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. ppviip may suspend or close an account without notice in the following circumstances: breach of terms, fraud, suspected money laundering, or operating multiple accounts.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
ppviip currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Additional methods may be added in the future.
3.2 Minimum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this time may increase if identity verification is required.
3.4 Payment Restrictions
- Using a third party's account or card to conduct transactions is strictly prohibited.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used to deposit funds (where applicable).

Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
ppviip offers new members a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance becomes ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳14,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus — total balance ৳22,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must meet a 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal. That means if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳24,000 (1,200 × 20) in bets before withdrawing.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each promotion may only be used on one account, one device, and one IP address.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
- ppviip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
- Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
4.4 VIP and Cashback Program
ppviip's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
The criteria for advancing to a VIP tier and the associated benefits are determined by ppviip and are subject to change.
Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy
ppviip believes in fair play. All games are operated by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), which makes every outcome completely unbiased.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ppviip platform:
- Using any software, bot, or automated system to play games.
- Colluding with other players or the system to attempt to influence game outcomes.
- Abusing the bonus system or following a "bonus hunting" strategy.
- Creating accounts with false information.
- Any attempt to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
5.3 Technical Issues
If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or server disruption, ppviip may cancel that game or restore it to the last verifiable state. In such cases, ppviip's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Limitation of Loss
Participation in gaming or betting through the ppviip platform is entirely at your own risk. There is a possibility of losing money in gambling. ppviip bears no liability for financial losses arising from gaming.
6.3 Third-Party Services
The ppviip platform contains content from various game providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, and PG Soft. ppviip is not fully liable for the quality or availability of these third-party services or content.
